课题组主要围绕肿瘤和炎症等药理学相关疾病模型开展药物发现、药物设计、靶向蛋白降解、蛋白-蛋白相互作用、诊疗一体化等研究。近年来以第一作者或共同第一作者在Chemical Engineering Journal, Small, Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B, Medicinal Research Reviews, British Journal of Pharmacology, Chinese Chemical Letters, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Bioorganic Chemistry等高水平期刊发表多篇SCI论文。
